Do you take walk-in appointments?
At the moment, we do not take walk-in appointments.
What is considered a regular maintenance touch-up?
If you come in within four to six weeks after coloring, that would be considered a touch-up.
Another way we gauge whether you need touch-up is the length of new growth. About half an inch or less would be considered a touch-up.
If we have to use less than 60 mL of color that would be considered a touch-up.
Please note: If it has been five months since your hair was colored, that would definitely not be a touch-up.
Should I wash my hair before coming in for a coloring appointment?
It is not necessary to wash your hair before coming in for a coloring appointment, unless you haven’t washed your hair for whole week and it’s dirty.
For gray coverage, clean hair is better.
If your scalp is irritable, and it has been a couple days since you washed it, you’re good.
If you’re coming in for a bleach and tone, you want dirty hair.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and we also accept cash.
We do not take personal checks — sorry!

Where are you located?
We are located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Miller Avenue and North First Street, not too far from Kerrytown.
Our building has its own private parking lot, so you don’t have to worry about paying for parking.
